Step into low-country and create a home built on tradition with front-porch chats and time-honored details including exposed truss tail, haint blue porch ceilings, gas lanterns, and large shutters. Find interior character as soon as you cross the threshold with entry beams and a grand arch to separate the entry from the rest of the home. To one side you’ll find switchback stairs to the basement, and on the other, a vaulted hearth room with a fireplace—ideal for an office, library or formal living space. Some of our favorite features of this coastal home are the three seasons porch, private primary suite, freestanding tub, walk-in pantry and powder room. The lower level feels like an entirely other house with its spacious design. Down there you’ll find two large guest bedrooms with a bathroom between, a powder room, a wet bar with an island, and a spacious living room with a fireplace to keep cozy.
